Results vary, just like wheel sizes, and are not typical, and rely on individual effort, time, skill, and riding within limitations of skill and bravery. We track completed transactions and satisfaction through voluntary surveys. Many riders and customers do not continue with the program, do not apply what they learn, or do not attempt to apply what they learn.
